Kev Bailey-Smith of COLVEK is a very dynamic adult trainer who very quickly engages with his students by being very open, positive, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. Wartsila used Kev for Leadership training which when conducted by most organisations can be very dry and boring material. This was not the case with Kevs approach, right from the start we could see that this was going to be a difference experience. Kev uses very simple games, role plays and examples to keep the subject matter interesting and fast paced. The mood is set by using music and interesting trinkets on the tables such as coloured spiky stress balls, dice with the occasional chocolate rewards all adding colour, depth, interest and excitement to his presentations. All Wartsila attendees found the training to be the best leadership training they had ever received.
